We exclusively supply to commercial and private customers.
Offers
Offers are unconditional and subject to change.
The offered products are only a selection of a comprehensive product line.
All further requests will be answered by post or electronically.
Prices
All prices are quoted as net prices and subject to VAT.
Prices refer in each case to the product pictured. The displayed prices do not include delivery.
Errors and price changes may occur at any time.
The delivery charge will vary dependant upon destination in accordance with our standard price list.
Orders
With each order the customer accepts the conditions of sale and delivery.
When your order is confirmed it will be accepted and processed.
The Infokom GmbH reserves the right to check the legitimacy of the order.
Supply
Goods will be delivered by Infokom GmbH or by carrier upon demand.
Part-order delivery is also possible.
Payment Practices
Payment to Infokom GmbH is required before devilery or by cash on delivery through carrier.
Payment is required upon collection by the customer.
Any discrepancies will be agreed separately.
Carriage and Insurance
Infokom GmbH does not accept responsibility for damange during transportation by carrier.
Warrantee
Obvious faults must be reported to us in writing within 8 days of delivery.
Upon collection the customer is obliged to check the condition of their goods.
Standard terms and conditions of warranty apply and warranty producer.
Terms of Sale
All goods will remain the property of Infokom GmbH until payment has been received.
Data Storage
Personal and company related data will be processed and stored confidentially.
